Planning & Zoning
To ensure alignment with the Township’s zoning, plans for development in L’Anse Township must undergo a review by either the Zoning Administrator or the Planning Commission.
A Land Use Permit is required prior to the issuance of any building permit and does not take the place of a building permit.
